Oorspronkelijk een uitloper van bf1systems, begon Factor als een toonaangevend ingenieursbureau dat zich toelegt op het werken op het hoogste niveau van design met enkele van de snelste, meest prestigieuze merken ter wereld, waaronder Ferrari, Aston Martin, Lamborghini, Maserati en vele F1, Moto GP, en WRC-teams.

Redesigned from the inside-out utilizing the revolutionary manufacturing methods of the O2 VAM, the second generation of the O2 is stronger, lighter and packed with class-leading technology. When we first premiered the Factor O2, it was ridden to mountain top stage victories at the Tour de France and second place at Paris-Roubaix. As good as that version of the O2 proved to be, this revamped O2 is even better, thanks largely to improved manufacturing techniques that allow us to make the frame lighter, stronger, and more durable. Our ability to control every aspect of the manufacturing process allows us to optimize every aspect of the frame design.
