Visitors can learn about the history of the company and see some of the most iconic cars ever made. Balsamic vinegar is another specialty of Modena. This type of vinegar is made from grape juice that is cooked down and aged in wooden barrels.

Operazanger Luciano Pavarotti. De stad Modena in Emilia-Romagna heeft zijn naam verbonden aan heel verschillende Italiaanse iconen. En dan zijn er ook nog drie bezienswaardigheden die samen sinds Unesco Werelderfgoed zijn — het Piazza Grande, de Torre Ghirlandina en de Duomo. Modena zelf is een rustig provinciestadje, met portici en palazzi in zonnige kleuren, die toen ik er was mooi oplichtten in het lage najaarslicht.
